Why 153?

 

In the book of John 21, written was the account of Jesus and the Miraculous Catch of Fish.

 

John 21:11 — So Simon Peter climbed back into the boat and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many, the net was not torn.

 

153, is a great representation of God's abundance and power. Also, a stern reminder to man to not be self-sufficient but rather be dependent on God.
